The first thing, I suggest is to make a pet trainer. You level your knight to say level, 22. Then with those 2 skills on you, you will have your +3 armor, shield, and no weapon, and go train on treants by Velpist Temple in Randol.

You lure one, by itself, and go find a spot by the mountains to kind of hide in. There you are both attacking each other, BUT no one dying. You have your pet out and with about every 4 hits, your pet gains one xp. So just before you go to bed, you get your pet trainer going. Then when you wake up, IF you want to keep on going, you have to feed your pet. Once your pets food is gone, he will stop gaining xp and can not move.

Some people used to complain to me cuz they were trying to get their main to pet train and they were having problems. You could probably find how to do it but it would take time. Knight has the BEST defense, the 2 skills you need are not attack skills, and once you Level him with only 2 skills to 22, then ANYTIME you want to pet train, you know what to do.
